ABOUT US
	Fox Island Chesapeake Kennels is located in central WI, near the small town of Neshkoro. We live on an old dairy farm we bought a couple of years ago. We have 21 acres and a pond for training. We purchased our first Chessie 12 years ago. My husband Michael wanted a dog that could withstand the harsh conditions of Central Wisconsin's late duck hunting season. We found that Chessies can meet that demand. Our next Chessie came when we lost our last Brittany. When Sage was 6 1/2 months old we made a trip out to Maine and ran in the Field Trial Specialty in 2001. We came home with 2nd place in the puppy division. Since then we have acquired seven Chessies. All of our dogs have their OFA and CERF  and my male has his PRA done. We gurantee all of our puppies.
